I have the right to decline a commission request.You have permission to post my art on any platform of social media with credit. Do not claim that you have made the artwork yourself.I have the right to post the completed artwork, watermarked, on any platform of social media. If you do not wish for your commission to be posted, please let me know.You are free to ask for updates on the artwork after I send the completed sketch.Requests for NSFW or lewd content will be denied and not allowed under any circumstances.Personal Use Only: You are granted the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes only. You can display it in your home, use it as a profile picture on social media, or print it for personal enjoyment. Commercial use, such as selling products featuring the artwork, is not allowed.Commercial Use: IF the art piece is used to earn money (in thumbnails, streams, etc), a +100% fee must be paid. You do not need to pay commercial fees to use it as a profile picture and etc.Usage in Artist's Portfolio: I have the right to showcase the commissioned artwork in my portfolio or on my social media accounts, indicating that it is a commissioned piece.AI and Machine Learning: The use of the commissioned artwork for AI learning, AI generation, or similar activities to prevent the artwork from being used in automated content creation or training algorithms is strictly prohibited.No Modification or Derivative Works: Making any modifications to the artwork or creating derivative works based on it is strictly prohibited.The watermark on the artwork will be removed once payment is made.Infinite revisions are allowed and can be requested at any moment. However, drastic changes cannot be made after the base colors have been completed/the rendering stage has begun. There are no extra fees for revisions.A Rushed Order option is available with an additional cost of $10.If creators accept a request but do not submit the artwork, a full refund will be issued (Please contact the platform in such cases).No refunds will be accepted after payment is made unless the requests are canceled by the artists.

Payment is always after sketch unless specified otherwise. If the sketch is sent over and you decide you no longer want to continue with the commission, you are free to cancel.

Time to complete commissions will be within 3-8 weeks depending on school and queue.It will take no longer than 6 months to complete after starting.
